These can be solved from the following aspects: Use casting and injection methods for production to reduce the Marni viscosity of the glue. 4. The rubber products have cracks. The main reasons are: The glue is dirty; There is too much release agent; The glue is scorched. These can be solved from the following aspects: Ensure the cleanliness of the semi-finished products; Use the release agent reasonably; Extend the scorching time. 5. There are bubbles in the rubber products. The main reasons are: The compounding agent contains substances that decompose during vulcanization and cause air pockets during processing; The air in the mold cavity has not been completely exhausted during processing; The mold has no exhaust line. These can be solved from the following aspects: Repeat exhaust before closing the mold; Add calcium oxide to the formula. 6. The molded products of the rubber products are torn. The main reasons are: There is too much or too little release agent; The mold is opened too quickly, and the force is uneven; The glue has poor fluidity and the semi-finished products have poor adhesion; The mold corners and chamfers are unreasonable.
